After testing the market with smaller products, we released our flagship document management solution, ‘doQuments’ in 2001. doQuments turned out to be a huge success, garnering big-name users such as the American Food and Drug Association and the Westpac bank in New Zealand.
Following our success with doQuments, we narrowed down our focus from custom software development to the document management software segment. After the successful release of version 4 of doQuments, we decided to do something very bold, or rather risky. Based on the customer feedback we received for our previous versions, we decided to do a complete rewrite of a stable software product – something very uncommon in the industry. However, our customer-centric gamble paid off and version 5 of our document management software took us to new heights. At the same time, we decided to rebrand our offerings and sold our document management software products under the brands SOHODOX (SOHO for Small Office Home Office) and GLOBODOX (for medium to large enterprises).
The fact that we have thrived and grown for almost two decades is a testament to the excellence and success of our offerings, GLOBODOX and SOHODOX. Today we can boast of a customer base comprising thousands of customers in over 50 countries, and still growing continuously!
