We are also introducing Sohodox – a new document management product designed for the small business. Sohodox is a multi-user document management solution and contains a lot of the features of Globodox. However it leaves out advanced document management features such as check-in/checkout, versioning, workflow etc…
Sohodox databases are MS Access based (note: you do not need to have MS Access installed to use Sohodox). We will offer a simple migration path from Sohodox to Globodox. Globodox can have MS SQL Server or MySQL based databases and can therefore handle much larger document volumes.
We expect to release Sohodox on October 25th 2008. A single Sohodox license is priced at US $199…
