Send To GLOBODOX

Send To is a simple yet powerful GLOBODOX feature which facilitates easy document handling at your office. Without opening the GLOBODOX document management software, you can add the file or folder you want into the library with a single click. GLOBODOX integrates with Windows Explorer’s Send To menu. Once you select the files, a right click will open the menu which contains the Send To option, through which you can direct the files to be added to the GLOBODOX library. This cuts through various process and helps you get more work done in lesser time.

Send To integrates with the powerful Capture Folder feature in GLOBODOX to enable you to quickly index, secure and share the files as they are being added. For example, you can setup a Capture Folder which automatically Tags a document as Important and shares it with your manager. Now whenever there is a document which needs your manager’s attention, all you need to do is right-click it, choose the Send To GLOBODOX option and choose that specific Capture Folder. Documents will always be filed correctly!
