For instance, if you spot an error in a document and need to get it rectified by the author(s) without notifying other users, you can highlight it and assign it to the author or group of authors using a security label. Only the selected users (authors) will be able to view the highlight over the text while other users will see the document without the highlight.
Bookmarks
Add bookmarks annotation to long, multi-page documents to enable easier navigation to pages or sections of interest. Share bookmarks with other users to help them navigate to areas that are relevant to them. Bookmarks can have names, so you can use that to provide additional details. Bookmarks can also be shared with, assigned to, and restricted from specific users.

Redact
Redact selected parts of text to hide them from specific users. Only users selected by you will be able to view the text under the redacted section. Use this feature to prevent sensitive information from being visible to all users, which can compromise confidentiality.
Let’s say you want to share some documents with others in your organization but would like to hide some details like amount or a specific clause from some users. You can easily redact the sensitive information and allow only specific users to view the hidden information. Now share documents without worries!
Sign
Create a signature template by scanning your signature image and place it on documents to show authorization. The name of the user who signed as well as the date and time of signing can be optionally displayed below the signature.
For example, you can place your signature on a document manually or automatically when that document is routed in a workflow. If a document comes to you for approval and you approve it, then your signature can be automatically placed on the document at a pre-determined.
Stamps
Use GLOBODOX’s in-built stamp templates for actions like approval and rejection, or create and use your own stamps.
For instance, when a document is routed through an Approval workflow, at the end of the workflow an APPROVED stamp can be automatically placed on it. This would visually identify the document as an approved document.
Draw shapes
Draw shapes like lines, ellipses, and rectangles on documents to mark and call attention to specific sections.
For instance, when reviewing a document you can underline parts of a document that you would like changed.
Watermark
Add a watermark annotation to scanned documents to indicate the confidentiality of the information contained in them. Prevent unnecessary leakage of sensitive information out of your organization.
For instance, if a document has a watermark with the word CONFIDENTIAL placed on it, then when it is printed the watermark will appear on pages on the document clearly identifying it as a confidential document.
Form Typer
Fill scanned copies of printed forms by simply typing.
For instance, If you have a PDF copy of a form, you can fill it without having to print it first. Simply use the Form Typer tool to click in the blank spaces and enter the required text.
