These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GLOBODOX, an on-premise application owned and operated by ITAZ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By installing or using GLOBODOX, you agree to these Terms.
Software License
The use of GLOBODOX is subject to the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided during installation. The EULA outlines the license terms, including:
- Grant of license: non-transferable, non-exclusive use of the software.
- Restrictions: no reverse engineering, redistribution, or copying.
- Ownership: ITAZ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. retains all rights to the software.
Free Trial and Purchase
- Trial Period: You may use GLOBODOX for free during the trial period (30 days, extendable upon request).
- No Refund Policy: Once a license is purchased, it is non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to use the trial to evaluate the software before purchase.
Installation and Use
- GLOBODOX is licensed per machine or as per the agreed license terms.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your system meets the required specifications for installing and running the software.
- You may not install or use GLOBODOX on unauthorized devices.
Support Services
- All licensed users are entitled to free email support for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
- Support includes troubleshooting technical issues but does not cover training or implementation unless otherwise agreed.
- Support hours: 8 am to 8 pm IST.
Privacy and Data Responsibility
- GLOBODOX is an on-premise solution, meaning your data resides on your systems. We do not access or store your data.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and backup of your data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
GLOBODOX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ITAZ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use GLOBODOX, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or any other damages.
Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms or the EULA.
- Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of GLOBODOX.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of GLOBODOX after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
