How to add documents to GLOBODOX?
There are multiple ways of adding documents to GLOBODOX:
Drag & drop: Select the documents from your drive, and drag & drop them into GLOBODOX’s list view pane.
Add from disk: Click on the ‘Add from disk’ button, select the documents you want to add & click on ‘Open’.
Find and add: Select ‘Find and add’ from the ‘Add from disk’ drop down, select the folder your documents are stored in, enter a keyword (document title, client name, etc) in the search bar & click on search, select the documents you want to add from the search results, and click on ‘Add’.
Add entire folders or only folder structure or only documents in the folder: Select ‘Add folders from disk’ from the ‘Add from disk’ drop down, select the folder you want to add, choose whether you want to ‘Import files & folder tree’, ‘Import only files from the selected folders’, or ‘Import only folder structure’, and click on ‘Add’.
