What are GLOBODOX folders?
Folders in GLOBODOX work in the same way as they do in Windows Explorer. Folders let you organize your documents more efficiently. You can create any number of folders & subfolders, and link as many documents as you to each folder.
How to create new folders & how to link & remove documents from folders?
To create a new folder, click on the ‘Create New’ option under folders, enter a name for your folder and press enter.
To add documents to any folder, you can select the documents and drag them onto the respective folder.
To delete documents from folders, you need to select the document(s) you want to delete, and click on Delete. To unlink a document from a folder without deleting it, press the Shift key and then click on Delete.
