GLOBODOX roles let you group privileges & assign them to multiple users simultaneously. Roles also help to transfer privileges to new employees. You can simply assign an outgoing employee’s role to a new employee, to ensure that all the information accessible to the earlier employee instantly becomes accessible to the new employee.

How to delete a role in GLOBODOX?

To delete a role, click on ‘Settings’ and under ‘System Settings’ click on ‘Roles’. All the existing roles will be displayed in the right pane, which is the roles list. Select the role you want to delete and click on the ‘Delete’ button on the ribbon bar. You will receive a message asking ‘Are you sure you want to delete the selected role(s)?’. Click on ‘Yes’ to permanently delete the role from GLOBODOX.
