How to lock a user account in GLOBODOX?
To lock a user account in GLOBODOX, log in as the super admin, go to ‘Settings’, click on the ‘User’ node under ‘System Settings’ and select the user from the user list. Then, click the ‘Lock’ button on the ‘user’ tab in the ribbon bar. A popup will appear asking ‘Are you sure you want to lock the selected user(s)’. Click on Yes. The user will no longer be able to log in to GLOBODOX.
