What is the expiry date feature & how does it help?

The expiry date feature lets you set an expiry date for a document or a stack. You can choose to have the document automatically deleted on the expiry date. And you can also search for documents that have passed their expiry date and manually delete them.

How to set the expiry date for a document in GLOBODOX?

To set the expiry date for any document, select the document, click on the ‘More’ dropdown on the ribbon bar and click on ‘Set Expiry Date’. Select an expiry date as per your requirements and click on ‘OK’. 

You can also view the expiry date of documents by enabling the ‘Expiry Date’ column. To enable the expiry date column, right click on the column header, select columns, and select the column ‘Expiry Date’.
