What are destination profiles & how do they help?

Destination profiles are a collection of information about a document, like its document type, folder, stack, etc, which can be saved and reused, so you don’t have to manually add this information every time you add a new document. Destination profiles make your work easier & help you organize and index your documents much faster.

How to apply a destination profile?

To apply a destination profile to documents you are going to add, select the documents you want to add using the ‘Add from disk’ option, choose the destination profile for the documents from the ‘Profile’ drop down, and click on ‘Add & close’. Your documents will be added to GLOBODOX, and automatically indexed & linked to their respective document type, stack & folder.
