How to add documents via GLOBODOX virtual printer?

GLOBODOX virtual printer allows you to print a document from any Windows application, like web pages, receipts from online transitions, or reports from other business applications like Tally, CRM or ERP, and automatically adds the printed document to GLOBODOX as a searchable PDF file.

To print a PDF file or web page using GLOBODOX virtual printer, go to the file or web page & click on ‘Print’. Make sure the selected printer is ‘GLOBODOX’ & click on ‘Print’ once again. You will receive a confirmation saying ‘The document you recently printed has been queued to be sent to GLOBODOX’, and in a few seconds your document will be added to GLOBODOX.
