How to create & add security labels to folders

What are GLOBODOX folders?
Folders in GLOBODOX work in the same way as they do in Windows Explorer. Folders let you organize your documents more efficiently. You can create any number of folders & subfolders, and add as many documents as you want into each folder.
How to create & add security labels to folders?
Security labels allow you to grant users document privileges like viewing, sharing, modifying, deleting, etc.
To create a security label for a user, log into GLOBODOX as the super admin, click on settings, click on security labels & click on new. Give your security label a name, add the user you want to grant the security privileges to the list, select the type of privileges you want to grant the user & click on ‘Save & close’.
To add a security label to a folder, right click on the folder, select ‘Set security label’, select a security label from the list, choose whether or not you want the user to be able to access sub folders & documents, and click on OK.
